Butifarras – A dish full of Spanish Culture and Traditions
Butifarras, a Spanish sausage really gives you different taste and experiences. You will be really delighted with Butifarras sausage and are sure to have fun. It will be your best choice, if you go to any Spanish restaurant.
Butifarras are similar to morcilla or black pudding. You can make it longer and add more pork to give a shape of a sausage. The quality of this sausage is closely similar to Chorizo. It is a cinnamon laced blood sausage which you can take directly. You don’t need to make it warm before eating, make a slice and have fun.
Ingredients for Butifarras:

Some quantity of pork and beef as per your requirement
Bacon, spicy smell pepper
Cinnamon, dry sherry salt
Mayonesa
Onion, Olive Oil
Preparation Method

Butifarra is prepared by using traditional recipe in the traditional way. So, you can say it traditional dish in Spain.
1. Mix all the ingredients and put it in storage near about an hour.
2. Make rolls of the meats and wrap it  on the cellophane with 3 laps.
3. Keep the rolled meat into the water with different spices and salt for its taste and cook it for an hours.
4. Keep it out from the boiled spicy water  one by one and let the water become cold which you can consume later.
You can enjoy Butifarras with other dishes as well such as- lomo, sliced chorizo, other cured ham and sausages. You can add it with white beans, roast pork to give a cinnamon flavor to the meat.
