Paella became local food at the eastern Spain in the mid-nineteenth which was known as Valencia. It was prepared for farm workers for their lunch which was prepared by using flat pan over the fire. Required equipments

1. Paella pan with 144 cm.
2. Sharpe knife for chopping vegetables and meat
3. Sauce pan
4. Oven

Required ingredients

1.  Onions
2. Tomatoes
3. Chicken and drumsticks
4. Pork, seeded and sliced red peppers
5. Grain or pearl rice, frozen peas, Olive oil and salt

How to prepare Spanish Paella?

1. If you haven’t a Paella pan, you can use iron pan also. Put olive oil entire in to the Paella pan and make it medium heat and fry onion for two minutes.
2. Now put the stirs and peppers and keep it 2 minutes more. Don’t forget to remove the white parts and all seeds of the peppers because it gives a bitter flavor.
3. Saffron should be socked in light warm water to get flavor and color. Then, put the rice,stir onion and saffron for two minutes.
4. Put wine according to your requirement and cover the rice with stock and make high heat. The rice take up the flavor of wine and stock.
5. If you want to add seafood and other ingredients, you can add with it according to your choice and needs.
